Founded Slingshot because: He has over ten years experience in policy and government affairs work. He has worked on Capitol Hill and for several associations, and has written testimony and report language published by both the House and Senate Appropriates Committees. He has worked closely with several federal agencies and offices, including the National Institutes of Health, and the White House office on Science and Technology POlicy. His experience also includes campaign and grassroots work on the national, state, and local levels. He holds a law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law, where he received awards and recognition for his legal analysis and oral argument. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Andrew lives in Annandale, Virginia, with his wife and daughter.
